c -- THE ADVANCES IN THE SURGERY OF HERNIAS AND HYDROCELE
The greatest break through that has made by Dr Wannas is the discovery of the common origin of the chronic anal fissure, fistula abscess disease and anal stenosis, that is the inflammatory changes that take place in the sub-epithelial layer of the lower part of the anal canal. It has been appreciated by Dr Wannas, since the year 1988, that the chronic anal fissure does not cause fistula by a simple act of mechanical perforation of the anal canal. Such fistula, described by Lockhart Mummery to be short and lack the characteristic inflammation of the anal fistula abscess disease.
The inflammatory condition is common to both diseases; fibrous tissue reaction more marked in the chronic anal fissure. In fistula abscess disease the inflammation is more purulent in nature. The operations offered by Dr wannas are based on that discovery. The science of creation and the original sin, has illuminated the path for the discovery of treatment that is simple and without any complications. This is compared to the current procedures which is based on mysticism and Darwinism and is followed by damage to the anal canal, for that reason it is named by the Author as Darwinian diseases.
THE ORIGINAL SIN AND HUMAN DISEASES
Read about the diseases that affect the anal canal and groin region and it relation to the original sin. The book original sin and human diseases reflect the authors opinion and his Christian believes about the fact of creation, original sin and human diseases, the book only include the diseases of the anal canal and the groin hernia and its relation to the original sin and acquired sin. The simple cure available is directed by the MIND OF THE LORD: The Spiritual judges all things. Yet he himself is judged of no man 1 Corinthians 2: 15
WANNAS’ CLINIC FOR DAY SURGERY: A MINIMAL INVASIVE SURGERY THAT INCLUDE OPERATIONS FOR ANAL CANAL AND GROIN REGION.
WANNAS’ CLINIC FOR MINIMAL INVASIVE SURGERY
The anesthesia used is plain local without the use of epinephrine; most suitable for cardiovascular and respiratory conditions. The procedures are simple with minimal handling of tissues, minimal dissection and damage; yet it provides a perfect and complete answer for each disease, that it is followed by cure and without recurrence and without complications.
Patients are usually required to have a light breakfast and take their usual medication, for the diabetes and other medical conditions. There is no adjustment of dose is required in the post-operative period; and no chance of blood sugar level fluctuation and other unrelated medical complications. No adjustment of the blood pressure medication; only sedatives are administered in the pre-operative periods and the usual monitoring of the vital signs during surgery.
The technique used for each procedure is associated with minimal bleeding which minimize post-operative complications. The patient is allowed home after 2-3 hours; to the care of his general practitioner; except in the case of the elderly with hernia repair who may need few days care as an in patient.
OPERATIONS ARE FOR DIFFICULT AND COMPLICATED CONDITIONS; in old and senile patients, with chronic chest and heart diseases. LIKE ANAL FISTULA, ANAL STENOSIS, AND LARGE SCROTAL HERNIA IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC CHEST OR HEART CONDITIONS THAT MAKE HIM NOT SUITABLE FOR GENERAL ANAESTHETICS.
WANNAS’ CLINIC IS AN ORIGINAL AND NEW CONCEPT OF TREATING PATIENTS WITH ANAL DISEASES AND GROIN HERNIAS WITH MINIMAL INVASIVE PROCEDURES THAT ORIGINATED BY DR H.R. WANNAS’ SINCE THE YEAR 1970. The first to be originated is for difficult inguinal and femoral hernia, especially for the ELDERLY WITH LARGE GROIN AND SCROTAL HERNIA. Haemorrhoids treated by ligation excision that leaves extensive wounds with bleeding and scarring that follow after this was introduced is practiced since the year 1973. The chronic anal fissure is treated by internal sphincterotomy radical or conservative, followed by sphincter disturbances, first practiced in the year 1986, published in 1996, in the correspondence section of the JRCS, ED AND THE FISTULA OPERATION PRACTICED SINCE THE YEAR 1988, AND IS DISCUSSED IN SOME DETAILS ON THE WEB SITE AND IS NOT UNDER PUBLICATION IN THE SECOND PART OF THE TEXT RECENT ADVANCES ON DAY SURGERY NOT OFFICIALLY PUBLISHED YET.
